What to have ready

  • Your public name, title and a 75 to 120 word biography.
  • A headshot, photo credit and any usage restrictions.
  • Your session title, short description and takeaways.
  • Your availability, travel constraints and AV needs.
  • Your preferences for recording, replay and promotion.

Fees, expenses and permissions are agreed separately in your speaker agreement. If a detail is still being discussed, note that in the form.
